Merger of customs declaration forms for customs declaration in Shanghai

The customs declaration of the national customs import and export goods will be implemented. The customs declaration form of the new import and export goods will be officially opened by Shanghai customs. At that time, the customs declaration form and the inspection form will be "one" and the project is reduced by half.
After combing and integrating, the original customs declaration and the inspection of 229 declaration items were reduced to 105, and eight original customs declaration and inspection code were unified in the country (region), the port and the currency system, and seven of them adopted the national standard code or established the corresponding relationship with the national standards.
The Customs simplifies and integrates the attached documents for import declaration, merges 74 original documents for customs declaration and inspection into 10 documents, and 102 supervision documents into 64 documents. Related information systems have also been developed, upgraded and updated to achieve "one large scale" cargo declaration.
This amendment involves four kinds of documents: import goods declaration form, export goods declaration form, Inbound Goods record list and outbound goods record list.
The new version of customs declaration not only integrates the declaration elements of customs declaration, the structure is also more optimized, and the format is changed from vertical version to horizontal version.
In addition, the paper documents will be all printed in ordinary way, cancelled, and no blank format documents will be printed. After the new version of customs declaration is opened, the original inspection report will be discontinued.
Integrating declaration projects is a landmark reform measure. After the implementation of the integrated declaration, the import and export enterprises only need to enter a declaration form, upload a set of accompanying documents, through the international trade "single window" goods declaration system or the "Internet + customs" Declaration System .
